Fluid Body | Somatic Ecstatic Dance | Amsterdam
An invitation into the fluid body—where movement arises from subtle currents beneath the skin. Guided by sensation rather than shape, we attune to tides, eddies, and streams within, softening effort and deepening presence, allowing ourselves to be moved by the flow of our waters. Whether subtle or expansive– let yourself be moved from the inside out.
Somatic dance is a guided journey into the layers of the body. A deep listening, embodiment and expression of our internal landscapes. Guided by a carefully and intentionally curated soundscape, this is a trauma-informed container to drop out of the mind and into the body, weaving embodiment, eco-somatics and movement.
There is no choreography and no right or wrong way to move.
All bodies are welcome.
No previous dance or movement experience is needed.
-This is a phone free, talking free and barefoot space, helping us to remain present and grounded.
