Workshop Brief: Fluid Art Seahorse Creation

In this engaging workshop participants of all ages are invited to create a vibrant seahorse design on a 12”x16” canvas using fluid acrylic paints. Guided by an experienced instructor they’ll learn essential fluid art techniques including color selection pouring and shaping to produce a unique flowing seahorse silhouette.

The workshop will begin with a quick demonstration on blending and controlling paint flow providing a foundation for beginners and inspiration for those more familiar with the medium. Each participant will then choose their own color palette experimenting with different pouring techniques and discovering how colors mix and interact to create mesmerizing patterns. This hands-on experience encourages creative exploration resulting in a one-of-a-kind abstract seahorse masterpiece.

Since fluid art requires 5-6 hours to fully dry participants will receive sturdy boxes to safely transport their artwork home. By the end they’ll leave with both a beautiful keepsake and a newfound appreciation for fluid art’s expressive possibilities.
