Flu shots will be available for community members aged 5 years and up, at the following times and locations:October 20th 5-8p at The Hall behind Overisel Reformed Church
October 21st 9a-12p at Family Church Haven Campus (formerly Haven Reformed Church)
October 21st 1p-3p at Bentheim Reformed Church
Scanning the QR code will allow you to pre-register for a vaccine. This will allow the pharmacist a better approximation of supplies needed. The time slot, while asked to choose one, is not something you are locked in to attending. The QR code is also optional. You may walk into any flu clinic site at any time and still receive care! Please bring a copy of prescription insurance card and/or Medicare card. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions- (616)218-6930- texting is preferred.
