The East Hartford Health Department is partnering with the St. Isaac Jogues and First Choice Health Centers to make getting the annual Flu and COVID vaccine easy for East Hartford residents!
Get your Flu and COVID vaccines done right in your own neighborhood at St. Isaac Jogues Church. Walk-ins are welcomed, but appointments accepted. Please call the Health Department to schedule your appointment: 860-291-7324.
Make sure to bring your photo ID and insurance card. Residents without insurance will not be turned away!
