Dieses Jahr bieten wir vergünstigte Tickets für Mitglieder des Vereins Flowarts Schweiz an. Herzlichen Dank an den Verein für die Unterstützung unseres Events!🙏 (Bitte beachtet, dass die Mitgliedschaft am Event geprüft wird.)
Das Ticket beinhaltet die Teilnahme am Event und den Workshops, das gemeinsame Abendessen, sowie eine allfällige Übernachtung. Zur besseren Koordination haben wir die 10 Schlafplätze im Schlafsaal sowie Schlafplätze mit dem selbst mitgebrachten Mätteli/Schlafsack als Tickets aufgeführt.
- Der Event:
Im Gaswerk! in Winterthur veranstalten wir wieder eine/n Nachmittag/Abend/Nacht voller Workshops, Spiele, Flow, Tricksharing und LED Disco mit DJs. Natürlich gibt es auch wieder etwas Warmes zum Essen durch uns gestellt. All das ist im Ticketpreis inkludiert!
- Essen:
Damit das Buffet wieder so üppig und variabel wie das letzte Mal wird, bitten wir euch alle, einen Sack, etwas Salziges oder Süsses für das Buffet mitzubringen.
- Kinder unter 16 Jahre:
Der Event kann von Kindern besucht werden, allerdings gibt es kein separates Kinderprogramm und ab 20.00 Uhr schliessen wir aus lärmtechnischen Gründen die Türen und es darf drinnen graucht werden. Damit wir wissen, ob und wie viele Kinder kommen, wähle bitte ein gratis Kinderticket aus. Kinder bis 16 Jahren geniessen freien Eintritt.
- Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten:
Uns steht wieder das schöne 10-Bett-Zimmer im Gaswerk! zur Verfügung. Weiter gibt es die Möglichkeit mit eigenem Mätteli und Schlafsack im Gaswerk zu übernachten.
- Hunde/Haustiere:
Da wir ein Indoor Event sind, lasst bitte eure liebsten Vierbeiner zu Hause!
- Anreise/Parkplätze:
Am besten reist du mit dem Zug nach Winterthur und nimmst dann den 1er Bus Richtung Töss. Die Bushaltestelle heisst "Gaswerk". Von dort sind es 3 min zu Fuss. Wenn du mit dem Auto kommst, hat es im Quartier blaue Zone. Eine kleine, begränzte Anzahl Parkplätze können wir an Jene vergeben, die im Auto/Van schlafen. Bitte kontaktiere uns dazu IM VORAUS, damit wir das koordinieren können.

This year, we're offering discounted tickets for members of the Flowarts Switzerland association. A huge thank you to the association for supporting our event! 🙏 (Please note that membership will be checked at the event.)
The ticket includes participation in the event and workshops, the communal dinner, and any overnight stay.
- The Event:
At Gaswerk! in Winterthur, we're once again hosting an afternoon/evening/night packed with workshops, games, flow, trick sharing, and an LED disco with DJs. Of course, we'll also be providing a hot meal. All of this is included in the ticket price!
- Food:
To ensure the buffet is as plentiful and varied as last time, we kindly ask everyone to bring a contribution of something savory or sweet for the buffet.
- Children under 16:
Children are welcome to attend, however, there will be no separate children's program. Due to noise restrictions, we will be closing the doors at 8:00 PM and smoking will be permitted indoors. To help us know if and how many children will be attending, please select a free child's ticket. Children up to 16 years of age have free admission.
- Overnight Accommodation:
The lovely 10-bed room at the Gaswerk is available again! Alternatively, you can stay overnight at the Gaswerk with your own sleeping mat and sleeping bag.
- Dogs/Pets:
As this is an indoor event, please leave your beloved pets at home!
- Getting There/Parking:
The best way to get there is by train to Winterthur and then take bus number 1 towards Töss. The bus stop is called "Gaswerk." From there, it's a 3-minute walk. If you're coming by car, the area is a blue zone. We have a small, limited number of parking spaces available for those sleeping in their car/van. Please contact us IN ADVANCE so we can coordinate this.
