The Value Stream Management Consortium is bringing Flowtopia to London again! Let's spend an evening together talking about why value stream management is being adopted across enterprises worldwide and how it improves organizational performance. Hosted at the Amazon headquarters with thanks to the AWS Head of Compute for Solution Architecture, Cheryl Razzell, we'll hear from the VSMC CEO, Helen Beal, about the state of VSM in the enterprise. VSMC board director, The Value Stream Guy himself, Steve Pereira, will share stories about Flow Engineering and how they inspired his recently published book. VSMC Ambassador and Field CTO at GitLab, Stephen Walters, will provide an adoption update for his Value Stream Reference Architecture.
