SOL Nature Retreats promises a memorable and magical experience!
The intention of this nature outing is to share with seekers & nature lovers several practices that will deepen our connection to Mother Earth and help us tune in to the properties of WATER and remember it healing powers.
If you want to increase self-awareness, mindfulness, reduce stress and negative emotions, increase imagination and creativity, and promote physical+mental health or if you simply love playing out in nature, and enjoy fun experiences this is for you!
