Emotions, like water, ebb and flow—sometimes gentle, sometimes overwhelming. This workshop is about learning to move with those waves instead of resisting them. Through breathwork, gentle movement, and meditation, we’ll focus on self-awareness and self-management—the personal side of emotional intelligence that helps us navigate our inner world with more ease.This workshop is an opportunity to turn inward and explore the foundations of understanding and managing your own emotions. You’ll leave feeling more in tune with yourself and better prepared to move through life’s changing tides.
