Would you like to take a little time out, just for you? This is your invitation to a gentle afternoon of heart-centred practices to support your wellbeing and resilience, to deepen your capacity for peace, joy and love. Sound good? Everyone is welcome – all our practices are adaptable for every body.Together we will rest deeply, explore meditative writing and enjoy inviting our bodies to flow with the love that lights up the world.
This afternoon workshop is hosted by Vishwam Gurudas Heckert, a Heart Of Living Yoga teacher and teacher trainer based in Shetland. He is known for his humour, presence and listening heart. Vishwam is also the founder of Flowing with Life and has been helping others to develop their writing for many years. A former resident of Matlock, he is delighted to return to FlowMotion.Life to share this special time in the heart together. All welcome!

5:00 Floating Home with Happy Hearts
Please bring a notebook and pen and any yoga nesting supplies you might wish to have (including your own blanket and cushion). The yoga studio is also well stocked with bolsters, mats, etc if you need. Teas will be provided.
