Join Kath for this powerful blend of breath work, repetitive movement and complete rest to reach a complete state of stillness and connection and that will leave you feeling relaxed & restored.
We’ll first move through a flowing Vinyasa style practice, uniting breath & movement with accessible repetitive movement to awaken the body, breath and energy - all creating heat, vibrancy and spaciousness physically and a sense of mental lightness, ease & clarity. Slow down with a few restorative poses and then recline back, get super comfortable with a blanket and eye pillow and melt into deep rest, awareness & being through the art of Yoga Nidra meditation aka Yogic Sleep.
During this guided meditation we practice Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses) that allows you tap into a true state of relaxed consciousness as the mind settles in a place between wakefulness and sleep, your body and mind are asleep and simultaneously awake, and it's here that you discover yourself as a spacious silent peaceful witness – your true essence.
