Bio
Shanyce (RYT 200) whose journey began in the depths of anxiety and depression, where yoga became the lifeline back to herself. Through breath, movement, and stillness, she discovered a way to heal from the inside out. Her passion is to share these practices to help others find their own path to balance/well-being and the light within. Her classes are gentle, nurturing, and flows with ease, yet loves to weave in moments of challenge to remind us we are far stronger than the limits our minds create on and off the mat. The art of self compassion, resilience, and presence.
