Step intoFlowing Forward— a heart-led seasonal gathering by the ocean, inspired by the quiet wisdom of Autumn. This immersive experience invites you to slow down, soften, and release as you reconnect with your heart through meditation, gentle movement, voice and sound. Held as a nurturing pause from the outside world,Flowing Forwardcreates space to let go of what no longer serves and move ahead with greater clarity, presence, and ease.
AtFlowing Forwardwe will be holding a beautiful sacred environment dedicated to supporting the community. We hold a judgement free zone, a safe haven for healing, conscious connection, creative expansion, and a portal for transformation and miracles to blossom.
Flow of this special evening of unity:
- Please arrive at 5:15pm: Gather, connect, hydrate and settle into the space before we lift off.
- Ground together, set intentions and embrace the evening ofFlowing Forward.
- Heart Meditationwill allow for the infusion of more love, the portal of healing, into your life.
- Vocal Activationwill allow you to connect with your heart and embrace unconditional self-love. It helps you tune into your body's vibrations, quiet your mind, and cultivate a feeling of peace and tranquility. We will focus on key elements to promote whole body healing.
- We will then flow into aSpring Forest Qigongpractice led by Lu, a gentle movement meditation practice that enhances vitality and supports mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Enjoy flowing to the blissful sounds of musical instruments and vocals led by Katrina Noela.
- Lie down and relax as we move into a powerfulEnergy Healing infused Sound Journey. Lu will facilitate her unique style of intuitive palm healing blending Reiki and other various styles using her hands in a non-contact approach through the space, working on each receiver one by one. Her healing hands will foster powerful release, deep relaxation and a sense of calm throughout the body and mind of receivers. Complementing Lu’s Healing is a sacred Sound Journey led by Katrina Noela, guiding you through the elemental realms. Woven with the angelic resonance of crystal singing bowls and the pure, channeled voice that opens gateways of healing and remembrance, the experience is harmonised by the natural rhythm of the ocean. Here, sound becomes spirit—inviting you to cleanse, awaken, and step gracefully into the next evolution of your being.
- We conclude with a check in circle where you are invited to share feedback about your experience of the night

𝑳𝑼 𝑱𝑰𝑵is a Certified Spring Forest Qigong Practice Group Leader and a gifted Energy Healer who taps into divine vibrations to help bring relaxation and calm to the body, mind and spirit. Lu has facilitated Qigong & Energy Healing sessions for children, seniors, and the general public in various locations, including Nepal, Kazakhstan, Western Australia and New South Wales. Lu is also a Life Coach, Neuro Semantics Trainer, NLP Master Practitioner & Enneagram Facilitator.
