The latest Workshop Series offered by the FLOWERS Program. Reflection and Regulation: Calming Your Body and Mind. This series is geared toward young ladies in 6th/7th/8th grades. We will gather to share dinner, then participate in group discussion, journaling, introductory yoga, and other support activities that promote self-regulation, increase awareness, and facilitate critical thinking. New discussion topics and group activities explored each session. Meals, materials, and merchandise included.
FLOWERS Leadership Program
Faithful Leadership Outfitting Women in Real Situations
Who: 6th/7th/8th grade girls
What: Leadership program meant to build confidence and conviction to lead via skills-based learning, personal development, and leadership training.
When: Oct. 9/Oct. 23/Nov. 6/Nov. 20 (all Wednesday evenings) from 5:30 to 8:30 pm

Background: I’m a wife, mother, stepmother, attorney, and volleyball enthusiast living in Norman. I currently serve as the Volleyball Director for the Norman Optimist Club. I have a 6th grader and I recognize the many pitfalls and challenges of the middle-school age for young women. I am passionate about empowering them through leadership training, skills-based learning, and personal development.

Cost: $49 per session or $180 for all four
