A Flower Therapy workshop is the perfect blend of meditation, relaxation, creative pursuit and soul enrichment. Using the power of nature, Yvette and Georgie will help you find self-acceptance, heal and change your thought patterns through the unseen beauty of the flower.Once you are shown how to unlock the true essence of flowers you can expect to see your world through a different lens. Yvette and Georgie have incorporated lived experience of mental illness and the therapeutic healing benefits of flowers in their lives and they’ve developed 10 core principal topics they teach, each one enacted through the action of creating a flower arrangement;
