We’ve been feeling a little lavender-tastic lately, so prepare your senses for a blooming good time and fragrant giggles, courtesy of our local lavender farm🤭 Learning about lavender can be a scent-sational experience, but I could be getting too carried away on a purple cloud! So I shall stop and smell the lavender with y’all 👃
Lavender is known as the aroma of laughter, and is celebrated as the plant that scents laughter🤭 I’m so looking forward to feeling the floral fun together, when we gather to enjoy some floral chuckles, lavender style 🪻
Seven Oaks Lavender Farm is a small family-owned and operated farm in Catlett, and Day Passes are currently discounted to $5. The cost includes 20 free you-pick lavender stems, and you can purchase extra you-pick stems for 15 cents each⭐️
Scissors, baskets, rubber bands, and a way to keep your flower stems damp will also be available 💐
Prices will go up to $8 for adults (16+) if you wait until June 1st to purchase your tickets 💨
Reservations are not required to participate, and we do not have to make appointments or come at any certain time. Once we have our tickets we can visit any day or time during the season. Our current plan is to go at 11am on Thursday, June 19 as a group, but that may change due to weather or floral bloom issues👩🌾

Lavender fields are like nature’s own purple haze, and the sight never fails to bloom my mind 💜

You will not be mailed a ticket. You can either print out your receipt or show the receipt on your phone when you arrive at the Welcome Tent🤗
There is a Lavender Shop at the farm and a bunny zoo too 🐰 There will also be limited amounts of lavender lemonade, lavender shortbread cookies and lavender-lemon cupcakes 😋
Once we know who all is going, we will probably make lunch arrangements for those that are interested, and since I live nearby I am thinking of doing something here🍽️ There are also first come first served tables at the farm if we prefer to go the picnic route 🧺
