Join us for an evening on the farm and learn the natural dye technique known as flower pounding. In this technique, flowers are hammered onto treated fabric to create a print. For this workshop, we will be printing onto cotton bandanas so you can wear your finished masterpiece!
Because we are quite literally pounding the flowers into the fabric, it does tend to get a bit noisy. We will have some ear plugs available but feel free to bring your own if you'd prefer. This workshop is for all ages but we recommend a grown up assist any kiddos.
This workshop will be held at Beaverland Farms during our midsummer Farm Party that runs 4-9pm. There will be a maker's market, farm stand, music, drinks, and pies from Val's Pizza.
