This session will guide you through Osho Kundalini Meditation, a dynamic 60-minute practice designed to shake off tension, awaken your energy, and bring you into deep inner stillness. Accompanied by specially composed music, the practice is divided into four 15-minute stages:
🌿 Shaking – Stand and shake your body vigorously, releasing stagnant energy through movement and breathwork.
💃 Jumping & Hopping Dance – Let go completely, moving with spontaneous joy and allowing your energy to rise.
🧘 Stillness & Integration – Stand or sit in deep awareness, feeling the shifts within.
😌 Relaxation & Celebration – Move into a gentle, flowing dance, celebrating and embodying a sense of ease and expansion.
This practice is a workout for both body and mind, helping to clear energetic blockages, elevate your consciousness, and bring you into deep connection with yourself.
