✨️A unique and beautiful experience awaits you in The Flower Fields! Join us for an outdoors Sound Bath Meditation experience in the tranquil and beautiful setting of the FLOWER FIELDS at Sun Harvest Greenhouses in Glenburnie, Ontario🌸📌WHAT TO EXPECT:
This deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience uses sound healing in a natural outdoor environment to nurture your mind, body and soul.
The experience begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position, often with a blanket, pillows and an eye mask. After a few minutes of guided focus on the breath and meditation the remainder of the experience is filled with a variety of soothing sounds and frequencies. The healing sounds are created by a variety of overtone-emitting instruments including tuning forks, gongs, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, nature & wildlife. During a sound bath, resonant sounds activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for regulating heart rate and breathing. As rhythmic sounds wash over the body, they trigger the release of feel-good chemicals, dampen pain signals, and bring about a sense of relaxation, balance, and well-being. During this experience you will be invited into a deeper state of consciousness, have an opportunity for deep rest as well as explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.

Autumn Moon Holistic Wellness is a holistic wellness practice in Elgin, ON offering private sessions in studio and traveling for group bookings, corporate & community events. Jessica is certified in many natural healing modalities including; Sound Therapy, Meditation, Reiki, Mind Body Education and Holistic Counselling to name a few. Her approach is warm, grounded and empathetic in nature with a special interest in trauma and grief & loss support. When she is not playing the gong, singing bowls and other instruments you can find her anywhere the shiny rocks, plants, water or animals are!
