You'll recieve a sublingual drop of a flower essence just before being immersed in a sound bath that includes a symphony of healing sounds from quartz crystal singing bowls, solar flare gong, ethereal chimes, Native American Flute-- all promoting deep relaxation, inner harmony, stress relief, and emotional balance.

Sound baths are a sonic trip to the theta brainwave state- our brain’s location for rest, relaxation, meditation, and deep healing. Quartz Crystal bowls mirror the crystalline structure in bones, tissues, organs, all the way down into human DNA for healing at the root. A sound bath with Quartz crystal bowls offer an array of physical and spiritual healing responses:

We’ll be lying on the floor for most of the session. Yoga mats and blankets are provided. Please bring your own small pillow. Feel free to to bring sentimental items to carry with you through the sound journey:

Numbness, tingling, lightheadedness, itching, slight nausea, and changes in mood or emotional state are all common symptoms after a sound bath. Please consult your physician if these feelings don’t subside.
