FCFF10 - March 16th 2024Flower City Frag Fest has proven to be the largest Upstate NY frag swap! Come again for our 10th show with even more vendors, artist and things to do then ever before!
This is a public event for both Freshwater, Saltwater, and Reptile Enthusiasts. More than twenty hobbyists and stores from the Rochester, Syracuse and Buffalo areas will setup with aquariums full of Saltwater Fish and Corals as well as Fresh Water fish, plants and Reptiles for sale or trade.

- Basic list of what you plan to bring
- Do you have a stand or need a table provided

Vendor Information (Please Read ENTIRELY):
1. The Flower City Frag Fest is open to public from11:00am-4:30pm. There is no early pack up unless you are sold out.
2. Vendor Setup is from 8:00AM-11:00AM (doors will be unlocked at 11:00am for VIP entrants and the general public will start at 12:00PM).
3a. Commercial vendors may have a full 8' table & 800 watts of power (Max of 75gal).
3b. Hobbyist vebdors have up to 30x30" of table space and 400w of power (max of 30gal).
4. You must provide your own extension cables and power strips - this is a new building and there are outlets everywhere but please bring these to make sure you have enough.
5. You must provide your own saltwater/freshwater as needed - we will not have any available!
6. All saltwater must be disposed in the bathrooms or kitchen waste sinks (not outside) and any spills/drips must be cleaned up. This is a brand new venue (less than year old) and any vendors who leave a mess behind are subject to a cleaning fee. Clean up will start at 4:30pm.
7. Bring extra saltwater than your tank holds to accommodate for filling bags when selling livestock.
8. Vendors may unload/load from the either entrance. All vendor vehicles must be moved away from the building before start of show.
9. Bring small bills and change (most hobbyists have $20 bills). We also encourage CC payments via PayPal/Square if you are able to do so.
10. Bring your own towels, thermometers, powerheads, heaters, buckets/brutes and bags.
11. It is not mandatory, however higly appreciated if each vendor would donate a prize to the raffle at the event.
12. Feel free to share the event on your personal / business pages. The more you share the more popular and advantageous for all of you!.
