Join Sienna of Grateful Yoga for a relaxing & rejuvenating yoga session at Moore Than Rocks!Welcome to Flow Yoga at Moore Than Rocks, every Sunday 10-11am. This class will focus on connecting the breath while moving through each pose, relaxing stetches and mindfulness.
Flow Yoga is a semi-fast paced yoga that will focus on stretches and repeating poses, allowing for your body to recognize the pose the more it is brought into it. Flow yoga incorporates both seated, on the mat poses, as well as standing poses.
Mats, bolsters, blocks and straps are provided. Feel free to bring anything that makes you more comfortable.
This in-person event is perfect for all levels, whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi.
Class is led by Sienna Moore of Grateful Yoga, who's love for yoga started when she was 4 years old! She discovered a deeper love for the anatomy, muscles and connective tissues during her Kinesiology studies at Western Washington University. After early graduation, she continued her journey by completing her first 200 hours of yoga training.
