FLOW YOGA ROOFTOP (optional indoors)

Come to do flow yoga classes, on a terrace in the heart of Barcelona, outdoors, (if the weather is below 15ºC we will do them inside the Blaumeer studio).

I offer a dynamic, fluid practice based on Hatha Yoga - combined with Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga and Release Technique.

The class is in English and/or Spanish depending on the audience.

📍Meeting Point: BLAUMEER (GÒTIC) I will send you the location, once you confirm your attendance.

🙏 All levels. Beginners welcome. Bring your mat (or rent one for 1€) and a warm sweater and socks for the final relaxation.
