Flow yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement in fluid sequences. I aim to offer a healthy blend of stretch, strength, mindfulness, self awareness and relaxation. I encourage you to take an individual approach to your practice. Take what you need from it and leave what's not helpful to you. This is a mixed level class so I will give variations in postures so you do what feels right in your body and experience. Location: Trevone Village Hall.
