About this Event
A Flow Yoga class may include standing, seated, or floor postures. Participants are encouraged to wear clothing that will make them comfortable in various poses and allows for easy movement. This is a physically active class. Options and modifications for poses will be provided. Props (chairs, cushions, blocks) may be incorporated into class. Mats are provided, or participants may bring their own.
Some classes will be led by Christa Duren. Starting in September, the primary instructor will be Devonna Peters.
This class is for everyone. Folks of all abilities, experience levels, and ranges of motion are encouraged to participate.
