Each week, we flow through sequences that blend movement, strength-building, and alignment to help you feel more connected and at ease in your body.
With a focus on modern anatomy, my teaching breaks down postures, allowing you to build them up safely, step by step and breath work. My multilevel approach ensures the practice is accessible for everyone – offering modifications so you can work at your own pace, without pressure or expectation.
The goal is to find balance within – no need for perfection. You’ll be encouraged to accept where you’re at in each moment, honouring your body’s needs and moving with compassion, not force. The practice is about connecting to yourself and coming away more centred and grounded, not competing with anyone but yourself.
