So many in our community have been asking for a space to gather with Kelsey, beyond our Yoga Teacher Trainings- and here it is. A nourishing evening designed for everyone.
We’ll move together through:
- Yoga Flow to awaken energy
- Yin Yoga to soften and release
- Closing Meditation + Tea to settle in stillness
