-About the Instructor-
Kim has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. As an educator and lifelong learner, her desire to deepen her practice led her to complete yoga teacher training, which evolved into a 15-year teaching journey at YogaOne. During that time, she offered classes both in studio and throughout the community—hosting sessions in parks and other public spaces in service of connection, accessibility, and shared practice. While yoga was never her full-time profession, it has always been a meaningful passion—an ongoing exchange of teaching, learning, and community building.
