Move, breathe, and connect at the South Florida Yoga Social led by Lesley Carney (@flowyogagirl) and Jessica Boxer (@thefoxyogi). We'll flow in a powerful, meaningful way, followed by a deep, shadowy yin practice and sealed metta (loving-kindness meditation). The ZenBar is located withing Marando Farms & Ranch.
