A smooth-flowing vinyasa class designed to unwind and ground you, unwind tension, and guide you inward. We end in an extended Savasana while a live story is read — rooted in ancient wisdom to help you release.You will need:A high quality yoga mat. (studio mat rentals are $5)Water (we have a water refill station in studio)Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional chargeWe ask that you please cancel at least an hour in advance through your momence app. For unlimited packages - If you late cancel (within an hour) you will incur a $5 late fee. If you no-show you will incur a $10 charge. For those with a class package you will lose a class.
