Flow To The Beat Yoga is an immersive yoga experience hosted by Amydoesyoga in collaboration with The Beehive Yoga Studio, set in the vibrant atmosphere of Stourbridge Social.
Led by Amy, this dynamic class combines mindful, powerful movement with an energising live DJ set from Becci, creating a unique space where yoga and music meet. This is your chance to let go, move freely, and fully immerse yourself in the rhythm of the flow.
