About me:

Hi, I’m a yoga teacher who fell in love with the practice during my first class in Misawa, Japan. I earned my 500-hour with YogaWorks in Baltimore.

Yoga has helped me stay grounded and aligned with who God created me to be. I’m grateful to share this faith-filled, soulful practice—blending movement, mindfulness, and a touch of southern charm in every class.
