This class blends two complementary styles: a mindful, flowing breath to movement practice that builds energy & strength, followed by restorative postures that invite stillness, deep release, & calm. While movement is more active than in the Trauma-Informed Yoga class, it remains accessible & sensitive to individual needs, with options for modifications offered. This practice is ideal for those seeking to reduce stress, improve flexibility, & cultivate balance between effort & rest. Clients leave feeling both energized & restored, carrying a greater sense of grounding & peace into daily life. Registration Required 24 hrs prior to class start time.
Please arrive 10 min before class.
Wear clothes that you are comfortable for movement & stretch. For your safety, please be barefoot in class or it would be more comfortable to you, wear socks that have grippy bottoms.
Please bring your own yoga mat, water, & any other props you like to use. I will have limited mats & props if you need.
