Flow on Tap: Valentine's Yoga Flow with Mallorie Ables

Join us for a special Valentine’s Flow on Tap led by experienced yoga instructor Mallorie Ables. Mallorie has 7 years of experience teaching yoga and mindfulness practices. Her compassionate teaching style blends movement, breathwork, relaxation, and intentional themes to create a deeply nourishing experience for all levels of practitioners.This all-levels vinyasa flow will celebrate love in all its forms—self-love, community connection, and shared moments with loved ones. Mallorie will guide you through an intentional practice that encourages connection, openness, and gratitude, making it the perfect way to celebrate the Valentine’s season. Props and yoga mats will be provided, if needed.
