Principles of alignment.
Increasing receptivity
Staying in the present moment.
As we practice this slow meditation, you will learn how to better align with your true self. The session will close with a guided, meditative relaxation. Bring a yoga mat or blanket so you will be comfortable laying on the floor for the relaxation.
