About the Instructor
Alexandra Pinckney is a Philly-based, RYT® 200 Yoga Instructor, and the Founder of i AM Wellness. Alexandra’s yoga teaching combines elements of power and vinyasa styles to encourage you to cultivate strength and ease in your life, while unlocking a stronger sense of self. She believes that everything we desire and aspire to be already lives inside of us, and is deeply committed to helping you access that. Alexandra incorporates yoga and mindfulness modalities that you can use on and off your mat to guide you to your holistic wellness. When she's not running i AM Wellness events, you can find her teaching hot yoga at Hotbox Yoga and The Sporting Club at the Bellevue.
