This is an all-levels 70 minute yoga class with Natalie Lain. Each class we start by anchoring into the breath and setting an intention. Our class will have a theme such as opening the heart, cultivating gratitude, grounding, being present, & more. Natalie will guide the yoga flow as you connect with your body and nourish yourself from the inside out.Please bring a yoga mat! This is a must. We will be following a no-prop sequence however if you want to you can bring your own yoga blocks, strap, bolster, or blanket and you can use these at your own discretion (optional). You may arrive up to 15 minutes early to get comfortable.
