Get ready to immerse yourself in intuitive movement and activities, then integrate the experience with an 80-minute sound bath and 1:1 zero balancing session to kick off the summer season in high spirits. WHAT TO WEAR + BRING

• Comfortable loungewear you can move in
• Yoga mat
• Optional pillow and blankets (if you’d like to bring your own)

A soundbath is a therapeutic and meditative experience where participants are immersed in sounds and vibrations created by crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and other percussive instruments. The vibrations produced by these instruments have a calming effect on the nervous system, promoting a state of deep relaxation and healing. Soundbaths can help balance energy, alleviate stress, and contribute to a sense of mental and emotional harmony. Akane will provide an 80-minute sound healing experience during the event.

Zero Balancing is like acupressure for the bone. Tension is held in the deepest layer of our body, the skeleton. Zero Balancing uses the power of gentle touch to release and rearrange the energy held in the bones to bring the mind and body back into a state of harmony. The participant lays fully clothed on their back while the practitioner uses finger pressure and gentle traction from head to toe for full body integration. Niree will provide a 1:1 Zero Balancing session for all participants during the soundbath.

Niree is a Certified Zero Balancing practitioner and yoga teacher dedicated to holistic well-being. With a belief in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, Niree strives to create a space for people to release stress, gain clarity, and reconnect with themselves, promoting optimal health and self-love.
