There will be space to play with inversions—whether you’re refining your practice or trying them for the first time—supported with guidance and variations for all levels.
We’ll close with a spacious, soothing guided meditation to reset the nervous system, release lingering tension, and reconnect with a sense of inner stillness. Expect to leave feeling balanced, centred and gently recharged.
