Yoga-Inspired Movement + Sound Bath + ReikiAs the holidays draw near, we invite you to take a morning just for yourself — a quiet pause to soften, unwind, and reconnect.
Join Jessica (Osprey Rising LLC) and Ashley Weir (Indigo Sage & Balance) for a grounding experience blending gentle movement, restorative sound, and Reiki energy.
We’ll begin with 40 minutes of yoga-inspired stretching and intuitive movement guided by Ashley. This is not a traditional yoga class — it’s a soft, accessible practice created for all bodies. The intention is simply to allow your body to release tension and prepare for deep rest.
Then you’ll settle into stillness as Jessica guides a 50-minute intuitive sound bath, allowing the frequencies chosen in the moment to support your healing.
During the sound bath, Ashley will be sending gentle Reiki energy into the space to support relaxation.
This class is a beautiful opportunity to invest in yourself — or to share the experience with a friend or loved one who could use a gentle reset, too.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in, choose your spot, and ask any questions before we begin.

• Pillow for your head
• Extra pillow or bolster for under your knees
• Blanket for warmth and comfort
• Eye pillow (optional)
• Water bottle
• Anything else that helps you feel cozy and supported
