Join us for Flow Into Form, a three-part Tai Chi immersion designed for those who want to deepen their understanding of Tai Chi forms and experience movement as a living meditation.
This progressive series guides participants step-by-step through a specific set of Tai Chi forms, focusing not just on learning the movements, but on how to move with balance, breath, flow, and inner awareness.
Each workshop builds upon the previous one, allowing time for integration, practice, and refinement within a small, supportive group.
The series will culminate in a gentle, optional group demonstration during our Open House in early March — an opportunity to share what you’ve learned, celebrate your progress, and experience Tai Chi as a communal practice.
