Join us at University Parkway Center (UPC) for a unique event combining the benefits of yoga with language learning! This interactive session will help you relax your body and mind while giving you tips on how to improve language skills.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this event is open to all levels.

Come stretch, breathe, and expand your language skills with us!

(Please bring a yoga mat and wear clothes you can move in)

Dr. Troy Cox has been at Brigham Young University since 1996 where he has worked at both the Center for Language Studies and the English Language Center. He has practiced yoga for over 10 years and has been teaching since 2021. He is excited to offer this opportunity to combine his love of yoga and language learning with students.
