We'll start the morning with a slow flow to get our minds and bodies into a creative and inspired space. Jackie will lead you through a reflection and affirmation activity and then we'll put our creativity to paper while sipping on a 45th Parallel drink of your choice! Our vision boards will be all about setting intentions, manifesting dreams, and giving yourself a guide to being your best self in the new year. What to Bring: your yoga mat, a journal, and any additional materials you'd like to use or share!
What's Included: vision board materials and one drink per person (NA options available)
