Welcome to Flow Fusion the Adult Caribbean and Contemporary Jazz Dance Group. A chance to meet new friends, socialise, get fit and feel good whilst moving to the sounds of Contemporary Jazz, Jamaican and Caribbean.
This is an adult group for over 18s. It doesn't matter if you have been to a Dance class before or if you haven't, we believe that everybody has the right to be in tune with their own emotions, body and spirit and that we all deserve to be celebrated through dance!
Community is at the core of this class, no matter who you are, we find connection through dance, love and support one another.
Come along, give it ago and express your hidden inner self!
