Why should you attend? Because life wiggles and the pathway is never straight, it’s important to begin to pay attention to cause and effect in your own life and how it shapes your experiences. A key part of becoming your own healer is to observe the connections between how you live, what you eat, and how you feel. Inform your choices, reflect on your life, observe what you’re doing and consider how you want to feel. Learn about natural produce and how you can calm your mind by eating certain foods and stimulate with others. Create natural whole food, take away the goods and above all, relax!
