Flow into February with a 45-min Pilates workout experience and mindful breath on the beach with Flow Pilates Club. Grab your comfiest workout set or sweats and be ready to work your core and connect with an amazing community.
Flow Pilates is a pilates community rooted in ocean-inspired movement. As one of the core principles of Pilates, 'flow' is at the heart of our philosophy. We offer unique pop-up experiences on the West Coast, providing an opportunity to move, feel inspired and connect with your calm in nature.
What to Expect:
8:45a: Check-in at Lifeguard Tower 28 & mingle with the community!
9a: 45 min Mat Pilates led by Kate Lew @flow.bykate (open to all fitness levels)
10a: Refuel, grab your wellness swag bag and continue mingling with your community!
All guests will receive a wellness swag bag filled with our fave wellness & beauty goodies!
Towels will be provided for class, but if you require more support or have a favorite mat, please bring your own! If you want to intensify your flow, bring bala bangles (we have a discount code FLOWBALA15 you can use anytime). Please bring your own water.

Paid parking at Lot 5 South is recommended: https://www.santamonica.gov/places/parking-lots/lot-5-south. You can also try your luck with paid street parking or free parking deeper in Santa Monica.
Once you park, you'll walk down the wooden path and we'll be right on the right or left. Look out for a cute beach setup. :)
