Flowmies with no time to come to our 4-day retreat, this is for you 😊 🌟🌟Get ready to enjoy a full day of learning and having fun under the Mauritian sun with Poi and Staff! And beautifully ending the evening with some fire spinning!
🌟This one-day Flow Arts Workshop is suitable for beginner and intermediate levels, but we will accommodate all levels. Together we’ll explore the most important fundamentals of poi and staff spinning, program our minds to manipulate objects, and establish a deep connection with our bodies to discover our own flow🌟
🌟If your flow calls you to be part of this, and you want to discover what the Flow Arts are all about, please join us in making this play-day a memorable one.
🌟We will have a fun sunset fire/led jam as from 6.30PM. Burning fuel will be provided.
