Flow & Restore – An Evening of Balance and CalmJoin me on Sunday 24th November for Flow & Restore, a 90-minute yoga session designed to help you find balance and calm amidst the busyness of life.
The evening will begin with gentle, flowing yoga movements to loosen tight muscles and encourage mindful breath. This practice will allow you to release tension and create space for relaxation.
Following the flow, we will transition into a guided Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative practice often referred to as “yogic sleep.” During this 30-minute Yoga Nidra session, you will be guided into a state of profound rest, allowing both your body and mind to relax completely. This combination of movement and stillness is perfect for anyone looking to unwind, release stress, and reconnect with themselves.
This event will be held at St Paul’s Church Hall, Cantley, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, Flow & Restore offers a nurturing environment to help you let go and rejuvenate. Mats and props will be provided, but feel free to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable, such as a blanket or eye pillow.
Spaces are limited, so please book your spot in advance to avoid disappointment. I look forward to sharing this peaceful evening with you.
