Flow & Manifest: New Moon Yoga Ceremony on the Beach

Join us for an in-person yoga session right on the beach on the sands of Nance Park in Indialantic as we honor the New Moon and set intentions for fresh beginnings. From 4:30 – 6:00 PM on February 18th, move with the lunar energy through gentle Moon Salutations led by Olivia Reid, with personalized adjustments and assists from Jennifer Cleveland. Ground yourself in a present-moment New Moon meditation, and close the ceremony with a special ocean manifestation practice, harnessing the calming rhythm of the waves to amplify your intentions. This all-levels beach practice is a beautiful opportunity to connect with nature, your breath, and the magic of new beginnings.

This is the first New Moon of the lunar new year, making it an especially powerful time to reset your energy, clarify your intentions, and align with what you want to cultivate in the months ahead. New Moons symbolize renewal, rebirth, and planting energetic seeds, inviting us to begin again with clarity, softness, and purpose.

This ceremony is donation-based, with a suggested donation of $20 towards the pair of Jennifer and Olivia. Bring a yoga mat and/or towel, water, and layers to stay comfortable on the beach.

This New Moon ceremony is all about flowing with the tides and setting intentions to manifest your best self.
