Choose your yoga class when registering:
🧘♀️ 8:00–9:00 AM- MY Vinyasa Flow
🧘♀️ 9:30–10:30 AM- HIIT/Sculpt
🧘♀️ 11:00 AM–12:00 PM- MY Yin Yoga
Stay after class to enjoy your bowl and hang out—we’ll be wrapping by 12:30 PM.

$25 – includes your yoga class + a delicious Thrive açai bowl.
MEMBERS ENJOY THE EVENT FOR FREE! USE CODE "MEMBER".
CLASS PACK HOLDERS USE CODE "CELEBRATION" for your free class. *You will still need to purchase the açai bowl.

Tickets are purchased through the FitDegree app.
Here’s how to register:
Download the Fit Degree app (free on iOS or Android).
Search for Monroe Yoga (look for the blue lotus flower logo).
Create your account or log in.
Choose your class time (this acts as your event ticket!).
Complete your booking.
💡 Once you're signed up for class, you’re automatically on the list to receive your bowl from Thrive. Easy peasy, açai breezy.
