Meet Your Instructor, Kelsey Wiedenhoefer
With over 15 years of experience, Kelsey Wiedenhoefer is a movement educator whose approach to wellness blends traditional movement practices with mindful innovation. Her journey into the world of movement began with a simple yet profound curiosity: how does movement impact not only the physical body, but also mental and emotional well-being? This question has guided her work ever since.
She has trained extensively as a BASI-certified Pilates teacher, Master Barre Instructor, Fascia Stretch Specialist, and through countless somatic, functional movement, and breathwork courses. In 2012, she co-founded a leading Pilates, Barre, and Yoga studio in San Francisco, and she currently owns and operates . Her expertise has also led to collaborations with prominent wellness brands including Lululemon, Vuori, Carbon 38, and Flexia Pilates. Having worked with clients from all walks of life—from those rehabbing injuries to elite professional athletes—her teaching is informed by both technical depth and intuitive presence.

Missoni Lanza is a Movement Specialist, Certified Pilates Instructor, and owner of in Palm Desert, CA. She is also the co-founder of another successful Pilates studio in the Coachella Valley. With over a decade of experience guiding athletes, high-performing individuals, and movement enthusiasts, Missoni has mastered the art of embodied transformation. Her approach blends biomechanical precision, somatic awareness, and soulful expression—creating movement experiences that are as intelligent as they are intuitive.
Beyond Pilates, Missoni curates intentionally designed wellness experiences that invite individuals to connect with their bodies, tap into their inner wisdom, and cultivate presence. She creates spaces where participants not only feel grounded in their own bodies, but also connected to those around them, fostering community and shared experience.
